Happy Happy Happy My Dear Sweet Friends I hope your weekend is off to a great start .   It's still been raining here - lots of rain. Today I am sharing a card I made using a new absolutely fabulous digital image designed by the fabulous Lisa Bloobel-Graham  As you can see I created a card using the Taurus image and it was so much fun to color.  This one along with the other five are listed in her Etsy Store today.  There are all amazing.   They are the Zodiac Signs created with Lisa's quirky and brilliant artistic mind.   Bloobel Stamps - Etsy Shop Lisa has grouped these six into one package at a very special rate.  You can find out more information on her Etsy Shop at the link above.  The Zodiac images she currently has are:  Taurus, Leo, Cancer, Virgo, Gemini and Libra.  Ladies, check these out they are amazing. Happy Monday My Dear Friends It's a gloriously sunny day here in Washington state.  It's only 10:00 am and we have our door open so the sunshine flows through even more as well as enjoying the warmth for a change.  I hope weather is wonderful for you as well. Hello My Sweet Friends Happy Happy Saturday.   Today I am sharing the project I made for the Aurora Wings Challenge.  The theme is "Make a Wish".   Aurora Wings Challenge I found these two images called Fancy Goldfish and just changed the sizes of them so I could create a happy underworld scene.  I just love these images and have been wanting to create something with them for quite some time now.   I decided to make a Mixed Media Piece.  All the fish were colored with Tim Holz Distress Inks.  I created the scene on the right with a chunk of  cork along with some cheese cloth along with buttons, chipboard shapes and other things to create the background on the right side and along the entire bottom.  I also used bubble wrap, lots of Gesso, Crackle Paste and Ultra Mat Gel.  I used Dazzling Metallic Paints in the following colors; Copper, Shimmering Silver, Splendid Gold, Teal and Festive Gold.  I also used s...

Hi Sweet Friends Today I am sharing my DT project with Mixed Media World.  The Challenge begins today and continues for a month so there is plenty of time to join in.  Our amazing sponsor for this month is Glitz Craft.   Mixed Media World - Challenge #13 - "Get In Gear" For this project I used an old flat 8" x 10" canvas.  I painted it brown.  Added some background cardstock and lots of other goodies.  For fun I added some pretty buttons on top of some of the gears and cogs.  I hope you will take a closer look at all the different goodies on this project. Hello My Dear Sweet Friends This is my second post for today.   I am sharing a couple of images from Lisa Bloobel.  These two crazy bunnies are part of Lisa's new rubber stamp line.  I have actually fallen in love with all of her amazing and quirky designs.  Happy Easter My Dear Sweet Friends I hope your day was filled with joy and precious time with family. I am sharing an altered canvas using a new image from Sandra Caldwell called "Wil Wonka".  It was love at first sight when I saw this one.  I was a little intimidated in coloring him but I decided to jump into the deep end and face the fear. I still have the Copics I used on my craft desk and will list the colors I used in an updated post tomorrow.  He was a joy to color and at times challenging but I faced my fear and I feel delighted. Happy Happy Wednesday My Sweet Friends I can't believe it's the middle of the week already.  I sure hope you are enjoying your day.   Today I am sharing my DT project with Mixed Media World.   For our challenge at Mixed Media World the theme is "Vintage" and I created this project using a lot of my favorite things.  I love anything Eiffel Tower, lots of lace and so much more. Happy Valentines My Dear Sweet Friends Today I am sharing my DT project with Mixed Media World.  This is our first challenge of the New Year and its exciting to be back.  The theme for this month's challenge is "Love is in the Air."  Our sponsor for this challenge is  That's Crafty  and they are giving a $20.00 Voucher (EUR) value.   We hope you will join in this months challenge.  Here is the link: Mixed Media World I decided to use a clipboard and turn it into a Mixed Media project.   I covered the clipboard with Tissue Paper from TIm Holz.   I added with Mod Podge and sealed down.   I ended up going in a new direction and decided to add lace all around the clipboard.   I also used Mod Podge to seal it down.   I used some Red Dylusion Cranberry Paint and used it to add color to the lace.   I colored the adorable image and the only thing I regret is not coloring all of her hair like her ba...

Happy Happy Sunday My Dear Sweet Friends Boy did this weekend pass by quickly.  The Super Bowl is being watched by lots of people but not including me.  I did some organization on my craft area and made a little progress.  Lots to do but it will take a long time to get it all done.  Patience is good.   I created this "Bookmark" for a challenge at Holley's Blog  called the "Making a Bookmark Contest".  Holley has a lot going on at her blog with all kinds of giveaways and sweet things.  In fact, things are going on through March.  If you get a chance stop by and join in. Happy Saturday My Dear Sweet Friends I am so excited to be back with Morgan's Art World after taking some much needed time off for health reasons.  It feels wonderful but also feel like I have to learn everything all over again. For my Saturday Inspiration Project I used an image from Morgan's Art World.  I just fell in love with this adorable image called " Teddy Heart ".  She is also on sale so just click on the link above if you want more information.   I first colored this adorable Teddy Heart with my Copics.   I painted the top of the wood with Gesso and let dry.   I added two coats of white paint with drying in-between coats.   I used Mod Podge to add the first layer of green pattern cardstock.   Added the white lace around the outside edges. I cut the heart out and used more Modge Podge to glue it down. After drying time I added another layer of Mod Podge to the top of the Teddy Heart. Added the faux pearls ...
