Happy Monday My Dear Friends

It's a gloriously sunny day here in Washington state.  It's only 10:00 am and we have our door open so the sunshine flows through even more as well as enjoying the warmth for a change.  I hope weather is wonderful for you as well.

Today I am sharing my first Design Team project using stamps by Artist Sandra Caldwell.  I just love her images and today I am sharing an image called "Glamour Hippo."  I am so delighted and excited to be a part of her Design Team.

New Project as a new DT member and a Blog Hop Challenge

Pretty in Pink

Happy Happy Saturday My Dear Sweet Friends I've got my Fitztown DT hat on today and I am sharing an altered small composition I made using one of the gorgeous rose images from Fitztown . Here's how I make my altered composition books whether they are the large or small ones. I used a small file and lightly sanded the front & back of the book until all the shine is gone.  I added the cardstock to the front and back using glue. I used my bone folder to make sure the cardstock was adhered well. I used Copics to color the roses. Fussy cut out the roses and attached to the front of the composition book with glue. Used my bone folder to make sure the image was adhered well. Added a strand of faux pearls to the left side. This really is a quick and easy project.  I actually like to make several ahead of time to either give as RAK's or gifts to family, friends or co-workers.
