Hello My Sweet Friends Happy Happy Saturday.   Today I am sharing the project I made for the Aurora Wings Challenge.  The theme is "Make a Wish".   Aurora Wings Challenge I found these two images called Fancy Goldfish and just changed the sizes of them so I could create a happy underworld scene.  I just love these images and have been wanting to create something with them for quite some time now.   I decided to make a Mixed Media Piece.  All the fish were colored with Tim Holz Distress Inks.  I created the scene on the right with a chunk of  cork along with some cheese cloth along with buttons, chipboard shapes and other things to create the background on the right side and along the entire bottom.  I also used bubble wrap, lots of Gesso, Crackle Paste and Ultra Mat Gel.  I used Dazzling Metallic Paints in the following colors; Copper, Shimmering Silver, Splendid Gold, Teal and Festive Gold.  I also used s...

Hi Sweet Friends Today I am sharing my DT project with Mixed Media World.  The Challenge begins today and continues for a month so there is plenty of time to join in.  Our amazing sponsor for this month is Glitz Craft.   Mixed Media World - Challenge #13 - "Get In Gear" For this project I used an old flat 8" x 10" canvas.  I painted it brown.  Added some background cardstock and lots of other goodies.  For fun I added some pretty buttons on top of some of the gears and cogs.  I hope you will take a closer look at all the different goodies on this project.
