Coffee Bath

Happy Wednesday Sweet Friends It's cold and dreary outside and yet warm and inviting inside.  I am so looking forward to Spring and fortunately it's just around the corner.  The rain has been almost non-stop but I love the sounds it makes while I am crafting in my room.  I hope things are warm and cozy in your part of the world too. Today I am sharing a card I made for a special friend.  It was love at first with this cutie.  Her name is "Coffee Bath" and she was created by Artist Lisa Bloobel.   I colored her with Copics.  I used a brick stencil to create the background.  I also used some lace to create the look for curtains for a more relaxing type of atmosphere.  She may be relaxing in a cup of coffee but it sure looks nice and warm to me. I used the following Copic colors: Skin:  E000, 00, 11, R20  Eyes:  B32, 34, 38 Hair:  E31, 33, 35 Coffee Cup:  B32, 34, 37, E11 Brick Background:  G41, 43, R83 I also used a white gel pen.

Let's "Bee Silly" Challenge

Happy Sunday Sweet Friends We just had a short burst of snow and it was so magical - the snowflakes were so big but they just weren't sticking to the ground very long.  It was 20 minutes of such joy and my sweet Moxie (my pomeranian) just loves trying to catch the snowflakes.  I have been in bed the last two days due to not feeling well but it was fun waking up to the snow this morning.  How are things on your side of the world?? I am also sharing some projects I made last week for a Challenge I am hosting over at Sandra Caldwell Stamp Fans on Facebook.  The challenge is called: Bee Silly.   Here's the link to the challenge - it would be wonderful to have you join in.  The challenge doesn't end until the March 26th.
