I hope you are having a fabulous day!!  And I am really hopeful it's not overly hot where you are.  It's suppose to be 114 degrees here today and I am NOT looking forward to that.  
What I am looking forward to is sharing my newest creation using this absolutely amazing image by Sherri Baldy.  She was so much fun to color and the background was really fun to create as well.  I just love her - she looks like she's just chillin' and enjoying her surroundings.  It's kind of magical and I would love to be there with her.  


I used Copics to color her and the colors I used are:

B00, 02, 04, 05, 12, 14
(Background and her Eyes)

(Skin and Sand).

(Mermaid tail, top, flowers, background and seaweed)

    Hi Laine,
    The challenge blog kleuren met potloden means color with pencils. So you have to color with pencils and not with copics. Next time take your pencils and we love to see your card.

New Project as a new DT member and a Blog Hop Challenge

Fight Like A Girl - Pink Power

  My blog candy giveaway is under post Challenge #35  Hello dear sweet friends -  I am taking a little detour today from my usual type of post to share something that is near and dear to my heart.  As you are already aware October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Well I want to do something to help spread the word about the importance of mammograms.  Believe it or not there are still a lot of women (and men) that we can reach together.   I am a breast cancer survivor and today September 18th  is my six year anniversary.   Six years ago I was driving to work listening to my favorite Christian radio station when there was an advertisement for the "Susan G.
