Hello My Sweet Friends

It's early early Monday morning and I am so thrilled about this weeks event with Annabel Haines - Artist of Knitty Kitty Designs.  We are having a Kitmas in July (and part of August) Giveaway and boy there are some absolutely adorable images we will be sharing with you.  I will be posting cards of each of the images throughout this week so stop back by and take a peek or two (maybe even three or four).  LOL!!!

 Updated:  So today is August 1st and I am adding the second of 5 cards using these adorable images by artist Annabel Haines.  Today we are showcasing Felicia - and I just love her too.

From the 31st July til the 6th August Knitty Kitty Digis will be hosting a giveaway on Facebook and Instagram. There’s a chance to win the full set of snow scene stamps! That’s 19 digistamps! Four of the sets are available to view on Etsy already, but the fifth set featuring Santa Paws will be released later this week. Here are the Etsy Links for the stamps:

There is another chance to win the full set on Instagram.  (Annabel will be giving away two full sets total.)

If you would like to take part there are two options.  It's ok to do just one or both - it's totally up to you!!

*Follow, Like and Comment on the GiveAway post in Instagram for KnittyKittyDigis.  

*Enter any Christmas project, or a project featuring a Knitty Kitty DigiStamp into the Kitmas GiveAway album in the Facebook Group.  

The Instagram winner will be chosen at random however Annabel will choose the winner from the projects entered into the FB group.  Annabel has told me that you might have a far greater chance of winning if you take part in the Facebook group - it seems a lot more people seem to enter on Instagram more.  

This week the Snow Scene set featuring our Flamingo ice-skating beauties will be available as freebies in the FB Group.  There will be one available each day (Monday - Friday) and only for one day each.  So you will have to stop by more than once to claim your new freebie!!  This whole adorable set is available in Annabel's Etsy Shop and is also part of the winners prize too.

Gratitude - Blog Candy Give Away - UPDATED AGAIN & AGAIN

Pretty in Pink

Happy Happy Saturday My Dear Sweet Friends I've got my Fitztown DT hat on today and I am sharing an altered small composition I made using one of the gorgeous rose images from Fitztown . Here's how I make my altered composition books whether they are the large or small ones. I used a small file and lightly sanded the front & back of the book until all the shine is gone.  I added the cardstock to the front and back using glue. I used my bone folder to make sure the cardstock was adhered well. I used Copics to color the roses. Fussy cut out the roses and attached to the front of the composition book with glue. Used my bone folder to make sure the image was adhered well. Added a strand of faux pearls to the left side. This really is a quick and easy project.  I actually like to make several ahead of time to either give as RAK's or gifts to family, friends or co-workers.
