The Beautiful Mermaid

Today I am sharing my Design Team Project with The Classic Design Team Open Challenge using this absolutely fabulous image by Artist Julia Spiri.  I love mermaids and this one is fantastic.

I used Copics to color her as well as to create the background.  And then I used  die to create the card (they are all one piece) as welll as the black background.  I was really inspired to use the colors I did because it seems like such a surreal moment in time.  

 I used the following Copic colors:

 B00, 02, 04
E00, 000
V01, 05,06, 09, 17, 28
RV02, 04, 17
Y01, 04, 08, 13
YG21, 23, 25
YR04, 07, 09

 I used Little B Scallops Dies - Large One

I also used a Uniball Signo White Gel Pen to create the dots on the image.  It was actually quite fun to do.

CH31 - Love Peace Happiness - Tuesday Alchemy
