A Raccoon, Robot and A Butterfly

Happy Monday My Dear Sweet Friends

I hope you had a fabulous weekend.  My youngest daughter and future son-in-law came down for a visit this weekend and it was great just spending family time together.  It was perfect.

It's time for the Not Just Cards Challenges and I have three projects and three different sponsors to share with you today.  The link to each sponsors shop is under each individual photo.

The first is from Kitty Bee Designs.  I fell in love with this adorable raccoon and decided to create an altered magnet and colored him with my copics.

I also fell in love with this little robot from SLSLines.  Isn't he a cutie?  I decided to really play around with some different color combinations with my Copics and am really happy with how he turned out.  What do you think?

And last but not least is a beautiful "Butterfly and Sunflower" from Eureka Stamps. What do you think of the color combinations I used on the butterfly?  I did a lot of experimenting with my Copics on this one as well.

The Design Team has some great projects to share with you this week so I hope you will stop by, say hello and join in the challenge.  You can get all the challenge information on the NJC Blog.

Thanks for stopping by - I really appreciate it.  Have a great week and I hope you will join in the challenge.

  1. You've been way too busy, my friend. Love all three of these cards, especially the last one with the flowers and gorgeous butterfly. Incredible coloring on that one!

Pretty in Pink

Happy Happy Saturday My Dear Sweet Friends I've got my Fitztown DT hat on today and I am sharing an altered small composition I made using one of the gorgeous rose images from Fitztown . Here's how I make my altered composition books whether they are the large or small ones. I used a small file and lightly sanded the front & back of the book until all the shine is gone.  I added the cardstock to the front and back using glue. I used my bone folder to make sure the cardstock was adhered well. I used Copics to color the roses. Fussy cut out the roses and attached to the front of the composition book with glue. Used my bone folder to make sure the image was adhered well. Added a strand of faux pearls to the left side. This really is a quick and easy project.  I actually like to make several ahead of time to either give as RAK's or gifts to family, friends or co-workers. Thanks for stopping by and I always appreciate your feedback and comments....
