Let It Snow

Happy Happy Monday my dear sweet friends - I hope you had a great weekend.  For those of you in the U.S. hope you had a terrific Thanksgiving.  

 It's time for this week's challenge with Tammy's Scrappin Corner.  This weeks theme is - "Let it Snow."  The design team has made some wonderful cards and I hope you will visit each of their blogs and leave a little love too!!  You can find their links on my side bar.

 I had "snow" much fun making this card.  It sure took a while to put it all together but I fell in love with this image from BugABoo the minute I saw it.  His name is "Eggbert" and Eggbert stole my heart.  My goal for this card was to create as many different textures as possible.  I used some pom poms to create the snowballs.  I created the snow and then added a row of snowflake lace along the bottom of the card to add a different look.  I have been wanting to use this lace for quite some time.  I colored Eggbert with my Copics, added some snowflake buttons and of course some bling.


I sure hope you will join in this week's challenge and I can't wait to see what you create.

    Laine, This card is desightful. Of course, I love the purple, but that blue paper you chose for the background and the complementing snowflakes at the bottom are fantastic! Love the pearl and the pompoms. It would be fine with me if this card came to live at my house. :-D

CH31 - Love Peace Happiness - Tuesday Alchemy
