Unicorn Cake

Happy Thursday Sweet Friends

I hope you are having an absolutely fabulous day!!  The sun has been shining here and even warm enough to go outside with a jacket or sweater.  It's been magical!!  

My sister Dana has been busy in the kitchen making cakes and the aroma is so heavenly I want to devour each one.  She's a cake decorator and owner of Seize the Cake Bakery in Medford, Oregon.  All these amazing aroma's of cake flavors such as lavender with blackberry filling and buttercream frosting.  The house smells devine - I love the aroma of lavender but once I tasted the cake - it was beyond delicious.  She also created her first Unicorn Cake.



This cake has four layers - two layers of Poppy Seed Cake and two layers of Chocolate Cake.  Each layer is also filled with buttercream.  The cake is covered in buttercream and touches of fondant. 

Yummy!!! 

I still have a craft project to share but will be doing that in a second post.

CH31 - Love Peace Happiness - Tuesday Alchemy
