I am BACK.......

Hello My Dear Sweet Friends

I am back and so happy to be here.  It's been a long time and sure appreciate your sticking with me.  I am finally able to step back into my Design Team roles and my first project is with Morgan's Art World which will be going live at midnight Eastern time Saturday.

It's been a tough year for me and I am so happy to finally be able to dip my feet back into Blog Land.   I am finally learning my health needs to come first and I can't push myself as hard as I have been all these years.  Boy - tough lessons to say the least. I have some great doctors and counselors that are helping me put my life back together again.

I am so looking forward to getting a little caught up on what I have been missing.

Thanks for stopping by and it feels great to be back.

I also want to thank some terrific ladies who have been so incredibly patient with me as one of their DT members by allowing me the time to get all my ducks back in a row and my health back on track.  Thanks so much!!  I absolutely love being on your Design Teams.

With love, hugs and smiles

    1. Thanks Ingrid. I sure have missed being part of the group. So happy to be back. I promise to take it easy. Just finished moving to our own little place and hubby has been working so hard to put together a functioning craft room for me. I am so wanting to make so many things but my craft room has to be a little functioning.

Pretty in Pink

Happy Happy Saturday My Dear Sweet Friends I've got my Fitztown DT hat on today and I am sharing an altered small composition I made using one of the gorgeous rose images from Fitztown . Here's how I make my altered composition books whether they are the large or small ones. I used a small file and lightly sanded the front & back of the book until all the shine is gone.  I added the cardstock to the front and back using glue. I used my bone folder to make sure the cardstock was adhered well. I used Copics to color the roses. Fussy cut out the roses and attached to the front of the composition book with glue. Used my bone folder to make sure the image was adhered well. Added a strand of faux pearls to the left side. This really is a quick and easy project.  I actually like to make several ahead of time to either give as RAK's or gifts to family, friends or co-workers. Thanks for stopping by and I always appreciate your feedback and comments....
