Happy Happy Saturday My Dear Sweet Friends
I've got my Fitztown DT hat on today and I am sharing an altered small composition I made using one of the gorgeous rose images from Fitztown.
Here's how I make my altered composition books whether they are the large or small ones.
- I used a small file and lightly sanded the front & back of the book until all the shine is gone.
- I added the cardstock to the front and back using glue.
- I used my bone folder to make sure the cardstock was adhered well.
- I used Copics to color the roses.
- Fussy cut out the roses and attached to the front of the composition book with glue.
- Used my bone folder to make sure the image was adhered well.
- Added a strand of faux pearls to the left side.
This really is a quick and easy project. I actually like to make several ahead of time to either give as RAK's or gifts to family, friends or co-workers.
Thanks for stopping by and I always appreciate your feedback and comments. It means a lot to me.
There is still plenty of time to join in our challenge which ends of May 4th and the winner will be announced on the 5th.
By the way the theme this is month is to use Flowers and/or Leaves.
I am also entering this project into the following challenges:

As You Like It Challenge - I love my Alcohol Markers. They are easy for me to work with and I like how its easy it is to blend the colors. The colors are so pretty too!!
Have a great day!!
