Two New Projects -

Hello sweet friends -

I hope you had a great weekend!!  Mine was quiet - almost to quiet actually.  I did manage to get two little projects done I thought I would share with you.  You know me - I love just about anything and every Paris or the Eiffel Tower.  It's been kind of hard to focus this week so I decided to kind of push myself a little by making something small.

I also found a great blog with amazing creations along with a birthday giveaway - hope you will check out her blog.  She is very talented, her work is gorgeous and her coloring is off the charts.

    Wow, what great images, Laine! Love the magnet and that lace on the notebook is wonderful. Terrific gemstone brads in the flower centers, too. :-D.

Gratitude - Blog Candy Give Away - UPDATED AGAIN & AGAIN

Pretty in Pink

Happy Happy Saturday My Dear Sweet Friends I've got my Fitztown DT hat on today and I am sharing an altered small composition I made using one of the gorgeous rose images from Fitztown . Here's how I make my altered composition books whether they are the large or small ones. I used a small file and lightly sanded the front & back of the book until all the shine is gone.  I added the cardstock to the front and back using glue. I used my bone folder to make sure the cardstock was adhered well. I used Copics to color the roses. Fussy cut out the roses and attached to the front of the composition book with glue. Used my bone folder to make sure the image was adhered well. Added a strand of faux pearls to the left side. This really is a quick and easy project.  I actually like to make several ahead of time to either give as RAK's or gifts to family, friends or co-workers.
