Happy Happy Monday Sweet Friends Today I am sharing my DT card using this adorable image from Artist Sandra Caldwell called:  #1100 Jolly Giraffe    BabyCakes Digi's and Designs on Etsy I really enjoyed coloring Jolly.  I used the following Copic colors: C5 E02, 11, 23, 25 G40, 43, 46 YR14, 24 I used a stencil to create the background.  And I finally was able to use some of my animal print ribbons.  Love them!! Happy Monday Sweet Friends Today I am sharing my DT project using this adorable mouse from Artist Sandra Caldwell.  I decided to create an altered block with this cutie on one side and I will be adding another image on the other side sometime later this week.  It's just fun to have these projects around my craft room so I can enjoy looking at them all the time.  This sweet image is called:  #1096 - Flower Pot Mouse Flower Pot Mouse BabyCakes Digi's and Designs on Etsy Sandra Caldwell Stamp Fans on Facebook I used Copics to color this cutie and I used the following Copic Colors: C3, 5, 7 E11, 13 RV55 YG21, 23, 25 To create this project I: Painted a 3.5" x 4" block. Added the blue background paper. Distressed the edges with brown ink.   Created the ground with more cardstock. Used Copics to color the ground. Fussy cut the mouse. Colored with Copics. Happy Sunday Sweet Friends I hope your weekend has been going well.  Sure been praying for everyone dealing with all the Hurricane Matthew.  I am hoping things settle down soon.   It's time for this month's Mixed Media World's Challenge and this one ia all about Mixed Media and/or Assemblage.  Mixed Media World Challenge   I really enjoyed creating this project.  It's ironic how I started creating a totally different project because the first one just wasn't falling into place for me.  I decided to create something with a Paris theme.  This is an 8" x 8" canvas and I used a lot of different things.  It's currently almost midnight and I am exhausted so I will be back in the morning with more details on this project. Happy Thursday Sweet Friends Boy, this week has passed quickly.  I have been down with the flu and finally feeling better.  There were a few days I managed to get a little coloring in and this sweet image from Sherri Baldy is one of them.   I certainly hope your week has been going much better. Hello Sweet Friends It's Friday eand the weekend is almost here!!!  Any big plans??  For me I am going to stay home, take it easy (I am still battling some pneumonia) and hopefully color.
