Happy Tuesday Sweet Friends I hope you are having a fabulous day!!  And I am really hopeful it's not overly hot where you are.  It's suppose to be 114 degrees here today and I am NOT looking forward to that.   What I am looking forward to is sharing my newest creation using this absolutely amazing image by Sherri Baldy.  She was so much fun to color and the background was really fun to create as well.  I just love her - she looks like she's just chillin' and enjoying her surroundings.  It's kind of magical and I would love to be there with her.   I used Copics to color her and the colors I used are: B00, 02, 04, 05, 12, 14 (Background and her Eyes) E000, 00 11, 31, 33, 35   (Skin and Sand). Happy Happy Saturday Sweet Friends It's been a pretty good week but so far this weekend is way to hot for me.  I was told by a wonderful friend of mine that fires are out of control and more possible in Canada.  It's just heartbreaking and I hope and pray these fires will be put out soon and everyone is safe.  I hope you are all safe too!! I just have to share a DT card I made using this new image by Artist Sandra Caldwell named Pig Pile.  I love this image - I think these pigs are just way to cute.  On top of that the pig on the top left has an expression on his face that is just like my daughters pug.  HeeHee it just cracks me up.  I also used the saying "Let's Stay Home" because it looks to my like the last thing these pigs want to do is go somewhere.   I colored the pigs with copics.  Fussy cut the image out and added it to the wood theme background paper.  Tore off a strip of plaid cardstock to create the floor.  A...

Hello My Sweet Friends It's Friday, the sun is shining, there's a gorgeous breeze and I am inside for the time being.  LOL!!!  I will be sharing quite a few projects over the next week - so I hope you will stay tuned.  How has your week been?  Have you been busy creating gorgeous projects? Today I am sharing my Design Team project using this adorable hippo image from artist Sandra Caldwell.  This cutie is name:  Hippo Woman.  As you can see there are two different images using the same image. I just fell in love with this image.  I had so much fun using Copics to color her.  I also used some cardstock to create the background.  I used the same color theme so it would look like she belonged in the scene.  HeeHee!!!  The only problem I am having is thinking of a sentiment or quote to use.  Silly me!! Happy Monday Sweet Friends.   I hope your weekend was fabulous.  Mine was spent resting and making new projects that I will be sharing soon.  Tonight I am sharing some images I colored using some fabulous new images by artist and my friend Annable Haines.  All these adorable chickens just  make me smile.   The first image is a card and all the rest are altered playing cards and boy were those fun to do.  Quick and simple and I think I am a little addicted to making them.   I used Copics to color them and used a variety of stencils to create the backgrounds.  I am addicted to stencils too.  LOL!!! Happy Friday Sweet Today is new release day with digital images by artist Sandra Caldwell.  As my DT project I created this card and made the image the focal point.  I love this image and wanted her to fill the front of the card.   I colored her with Copics and used the following colors: B00, 02, 04 C01, 3, 5 R35, 37, 39 RV02 Y15, 17 YG21, 23, 25 Green Polka Dot Washi Tape She just makes me smile and I hope she brings you one too.
