HAPPY HAPPY TUESDAY DEAR FRIENDS!!!
How was your three day weekend? Does today seem like Monday to you like it does me?? I don't know about you but I am in need of some creative play time. And hopefully there will be a lot of that this week. And it all begins with this weeks challenge which is my favorite - "Anything Goes." I truly hope you will join in with us this week and I can't wait to see what you create! We have two great sponsors this week and they are:
For some reason I can't find the original photo I took of this chest of drawers before I altered it. Hopefully I can find it and if I do I will be adding it to this post. It was kind of ugly on the outside but I sure had fun turning it into something new. Of course - I had to use a view of the Eiffel Tower some how and you can see it's there in the background of the last drawer.
To give you an idea of what it looked like before - the first drawer was partially painted purple and the other two drawers were white with stamped images on it. The handles on the drawers were like rectangle pieces of wood. I had found some beautiful knobs at a yard sale and knew I would be able to use them on something one day and they were perfect for this chest.
It was a pretty simple project to do and I am now using the chest of drawers in my craft room. Makes me smiles. It's a really sturdy dresser (and heavy) but I love it. Keep your fingers and toes crossed in hopes I can find the before photo.
Jump in and join in the fun. I am really looking forward to seeing what you create.
I have also submitted this project to Recycle, Re-Purpose & Re-Invent Challenge Blog - "Anything Goes" challenge.
I absolutely love this blog and it is one of my most favorite places to visit. Check them out ladies - especially if you love to turn something old into something new. The talent over there is off the charts!!!
I have also submitted this project to Heck of a Challenge Blogspot - Anything Goes.
I just found this challenge blog and I hope you will come join in the fun there as well. There is an incredible amount of talent, eye candy and inspiration there. CHECK IT OUT!!!
With hugs and smiles

Our design team and guest design team members have some amazing projects this week so please be sure to check out their blogs for some great inspiration.
